I've been a travel writer for major international newspapers, magazines and websites for nearly 30 years, twelve of which were spent on the travel desk of The Times.
In 2024, I qualified to be an official “Blue Badge” London tour guide, so am proud to now be able to show you around the fantastic city that has been my home for over three decades. Only Blue Badge guides are allowed to guide inside Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral and Windsor Castle.
